Our founder, Rob Chorney has 20+ years of experience working at two of Canada’s largest recruitment firms; hiring and training hundreds of recruiters in the IT, Engineering, Skilled Trades, and Manufacturing sectors. Rob has an intimate understanding of the frequent challenges that can arise between onshore and offshore, and takes a proactive approach to prevent unnecessary hardships.
We launched our business in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic and a new business opportunity found us. The offshore model that most people are familiar with is low-cost, high-volume, and produces dubious quality results. We identified a gap in the market for high quality, reasonably priced remote recruiters and decided to tap into the strength of the global talent pool. We pivoted to offer high-end boutique remote recruiting services to our clients and we were encouraged by how much they appreciated our quality approach to offshore recruiting.
Our first Recruiter started in October 2020 and our growth has skyrocketed since. We have narrowed our focus and we continue hiring the best recruiters in India to work with our US and Canadian clients.
